Product photos are provided for reference. Because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing differences, and the nature of individual pieces, colors, bead patterns, finishes, sizes, and other details may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

Our product listings describe fashion jewelry and accessories. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, beads, metals, stones, and other materials are not represented as certified natural gemstones, solid gold, or sterling silver.

We may update product descriptions, names, photos, prices, availability, and other website information from time to time.

We may also limit the quantity of products available for purchase or refuse an order when permitted by law.

We currently ship orders only to the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories unless we specifically state otherwise.

Shipping options, shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, processing times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and may also be shown during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.

Returns, refunds, damaged or defective items, incorrect items, return shipping costs, cancellation requests, and refund processing times are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Gift messages or gift packaging are available only when specifically offered at checkout.

If a gift order is returned and a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
