Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using wristwolfe.com or placing an order. By visiting the site, creating an account, or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are
Wrist Wolfe is an online store operated by DENVER WOLFE YJ INC, a U.S. company. These Terms are an agreement between you and DENVER WOLFE YJ INC.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

3. The site and our products
We sell fashion jewelry and related accessories. Product photos, colors, bead patterns, and finishes may vary slightly from piece to piece. Listings describe fashion jewelry. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, beads, metals, and stones are not sold as certified natural gemstones, solid gold, or sterling silver.

We may update product names, photos, prices, and stock at any time. We may limit quantities or refuse an order.

4. Accounts
You are responsible for the email, password, and activity on your account. Tell us right away at service@wristwolfe.com if you think someone else used your account.

5. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Reasons can include stock, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel an order after you paid, we will refund the amount we charged.

A confirmation email is not a guarantee that every item is in stock until we ship it.

6. Pricing and promotions
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you check out. Checkout is the price that applies.

Promotional codes have rules. One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes cannot be applied after purchase. We may cancel a code that was used in error or in a way that breaks its terms.

If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you.

7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cards and any wallets enabled on the site. Payment is charged when you place the order, or when the order ships, depending on the processor.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

8. Shipping
We ship from Kittanning, Pennsylvania, United States. Shipping options, rates, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and holidays can add time.

You are responsible for giving a complete, deliverable address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we may charge you to reship it or refund the product price minus shipping.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. That policy is part of these Terms.

10. Gifts
Gift messages and gift packaging are available only if offered at checkout. Refunds for gift purchases go to the original purchaser’s payment method.

11. Intellectual property
The Wrist Wolfe name, logo, site design, product photos, and written content belong to DENVER WOLFE YJ INC or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or use them for your own store without written permission.

You may share a product page link. You may not download our photos to list the same products on other marketplaces as if they were yours.

12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Try to break, overload, or scrape the site
• Post false reviews or fake order information
• Use another person’s payment method without permission
• Interfere with other customers’ use of the site

We may suspend access if we believe these rules were broken.

13. Reviews and content you send us
If you send reviews, photos, or messages, you give us a non-exclusive right to use them on the site and in our marketing. Do not send content you do not have the right to share. We may edit or remove reviews that are unlawful, fake, or off-topic.
